Established in 1964, Love’s has quickly grown, having been named one of Forbes Magazine's 500 Largest Private Companies for the third consecutive year in 2003. The new $4 million Love’s location encompasses fueling facilities for trucks, cars and RVs, a convenience store, a McDonald’s, shower rooms, laundry facilities, game rooms and a mail drop.

I-95 EXIT #8 DEVELOPMENT CORRIDOR

Greensville County welcomes retail business to this dynamic development corridor right on the Exit #8 interchange off I-95 is just north of the Virginia/North Carolina border.

This prime location is a convenient stopover for New York-to-Florida tourists and regional business travelers, as well as centrally positioned to attract travelers en route to Virginia and North Carolina beaches.

I-95 EXIT #11 DEVELOPMENT CORRIDOR

Several sites strategically positioned near Interstate 95 and the intersection of U.S. 58 in the Emporia-Greensville region of Virginia are still available for rapid retail development.

The I-95/U.S. 58 commercial development corridor is currently anchored by a 109,000-square-foot Wal-Mart Supercenter, adjacent 35,000-square-foot retail strip center, a 75,000-square-foot strip center anchored by Food Lion, and an Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar. In addition, there are numerous outparcels and several larger tracts with prime access to major highways. The new $35 million, 140,000-square-foot Southern Virginia Regional Medical Center also anchors this commercial hub.
